Preparation:
- Handfuls of Candy: Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, Outland
- Southshore Quests: Alliance / Horde
- Headless Horseman Kill
- Hourly Trick or Treat
- Stop the Fires / Let the Fires Come
- G.N.E.R.D.S.
- Tricky Treats
- Tooth Picks
- Jack-o-Lanterns
- Wands
- Queue for and kill Headless Horseman.
- Get under the Tricky Treats that fall from sky after HH's death to catch them (have bag slots). Eat them until you throw up.
- Hallowed Helm and Sinister Squashling fall from the daily HH bag and/or the 1 hour innkeeper bags.
- Pick up the yearly candy buckets in Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, and Outlands.
- Take your G.N.E.R.D.S. into a battleground and leech kills.
- Trade other players for wand usages. Advertise in city Trade channel that you are looking to trade [Have Wands] for [Needed Wands].
- Do the Alliance quests (pick up in Southshore) or the Horde quests (pick up in Tirisfal Glades; map).
- If you get a Tooth Pick, use it.
- Throw Jack-o-Lanterns on all the races.
- Do daily to save a village. (1 / 2.) Just head to your local level 5 town outside any major city to pick it up.

Drop rates for Helm, Squashling, and Mount are super high, no need to fret as in years past that you won't get a drop. If you are sweating the pet or helm drop, they also drop in the Crudely Wrapped Gift you get from the save village daily.
