Even worse, some people seem to stroke their ego by belittling people that can't figure it out. <br /><br />Your approach to gear is the same I use, and it works wonders! <br /><br />I also love the guildox loot rank, cause it makes it simple (if you know what stats to use): http://www.guildox.com/wr.asp<br />I simply put high numbers for important stats - for my hunter I put 15 in agility and 12 in AP, 10 in ArPen and crit, -5 in spell power, so on... I winged it. ;o)<br />You have the option to include what sources you want, so I excluded all raids and frost emblems, and included heroics, reputation gear, and the other emblems. <br />Then I imported my character, and got a nice, neat list of the gear options, whether they're upgrades or downgrades, and by how much.
